When putting your Escape to charge, a red LED light will turn on. When this light turns off, the device is fully charged. It takes around 2 hours to get a full charge.

In the Alexa app, go to settings, select BT and then select add a new device. Pair the Escape as a BT device. After that, you can talk with Alexa by double pressing the On button.

When pressing four seconds the on button, the led light will blink once. If the LED light is blue, the Escape is on. If the light is red, the device is off. If there’s a paired Bluetooth device available, the LED light will become steady blue when on. Otherwise it will just blink and turn off.
